Tribute	To my dad who served in the Philippines right after WWII. Became detach and served as sports editor for Stars and Stripes as a buck private in charge of three Sargents. Was one of the last to leave the Philippines after typing up orders for the the army when they left the Philippines in 1946. He and four others were told to write the own orders home when they were done, going through Hawaii and San Francisco back to a small town of Ashkum Illinois.
