Dear World War Two Veteran,

Stars and Stripes Honor Flight was created as a way to say Thank You…to you. Your generation gave so much and never asked for anything in return. Won't you consider letting us treat you to a special day? A day you should have had decades ago, but is only just now possible. Please fill out this application. It will cost you nothing, and it would be our greatest privilege to honor you on an upcoming Honor Flight.

Please Note: We are only accepting applications from World War Two veterans and terminally ill veterans of any conflict. Our wait list is significant and applications from veterans of other wars will not be accepted until our current wait list is resolved.

Once your application is in our system, you will be contacted by Stars and Stripes Honor Flight approximately 6 weeks before the flight to which you are assigned. We will have a guardian for you, but if you would rather have a family member (must be one generation younger) accompany you, please make sure he or she has submitted a "Guardian Application". Please indicate on both applications the name of the person you want to travel with you.
