Thank a Veteran
This is the easiest thing to do – it is free and it will make you feel good inside. These are the men and women who have served their country, allowing us to have the freedoms we enjoy today. Many have sacrificed much and often it goes unnoticed. Take the time to tell a veteran, “thank you for your service” whenever you have the chance.
Refer a Veteran
Despite our best efforts to get the word out, there are still WWII and Korean war veterans that don’t know that we would love to fly them to see their memorial. Please help by letting us know how to contact them.
Attend a Homecoming Event
This happens on the evening of every flight day and it is a great opportunity for everyone in the community to show support for our veterans in a big way. The smiles you see on their faces are unforgettable.
We are a non-profit organization and we rely on donations of all sizes to make our flights possible.
Sponsor a Fundraiser
Please consider helping us fly our local heroes by hosting a fundraiser at school, in your workplace, or with your community group. Watch our Facebook page for ideas, or contact us for more information.
Attend an Event
Besides several flights to Washington DC each year, we also hold other events to honor veterans and engage the community. Follow us on social media to discover more.
Buy Merchandise and Gifts
We have some great merchandise available online or at our events.
Display our Art Show
We have a traveling art show filled with great professional photographs from our flights.
Invite us to Speak at Your Event
We know some veterans that would love to tell their stories and explain what going on an Honor Flight has meant to them.
Invite us to Attend Your Event
Everything we do would not be possible without the support we receive from our community. If you are hosting a fundraising event or parade and would like to invite us to participate, please complete our event form and tell us how you are helping to fly our veterans.
Document a Veteran’s Story
There are several organization racing to preserve the stories many veterans have never told before they are lost. It is important to honor and remember these stories and tell them future generations.
